a pure language Zephaniah 3:9

Our call upon the Lord is to be with one accord. We will have one structured

way of speaking with common purpose. Our coming together in praise

recognizing the dominion of God. Every method of communication, speaking

and acting justly, will be filled with the truthfulness of the eternities. These

are the last days. We are to be a people called out...purposed. The

language of the world is wrathful. Our hearing and receiving instruction from

God will be of a pure sounding of the Holy Spirit. God’s people will

understand each other - there will be no ambiguity or misunderstanding. We

are not as close to God as we can be. We are working on our relationship to

God - we must speak a pure language. Truth must be progressive in our

sounds. New words will be created and spoken in our last day messaging

that will reach the core of the hearts of the hearers. As they understand what

is being said they will recognize the substance that will strengthen their faith

in hearing the word. Existing words will take on new connotations. Those

who hear and accept with understanding what they hear will be refined. The

word of God will purge the carnal nature of those receiving the truth. Their

heart and being will be filled with the desire for godliness. The speech of

these who are being converted becomes pure, not merely in the avoidance

of wayward language, but because it is used to speak truth. Even their

calling on the name of the Lord will be true worship. Even more than what

is said, though, a pure heart will be reflected in the life that is lived, for a

change of heart affects far more than just one’s words. The cleansed heart

is one that is turned toward God. With that change in focus and direction, the

whole life begins to change, and what comes out of the mouth will give

evidence of that.

In the last time there will be a reformation in our discourse. Our every word

will be seasoned with grace. The very substance of our conversation will be

deliberated with wisdom. The word of God spoken will be as a spiritual

offering. There will be no tension as our words will serve as a call to unity.

There will be a higher degree of conformity to God’s revealed will. There are

new and dangerous winds blowing among professed believers. True

followers of Christ in obedience to the scripture separate from apostacy as

the pure speech breaks down the wall of separation. There will be no

compromised messaging coming from those gifted with the pure language

of truth. We will be endowed with such a sacred power of speech and the

spirit to make proper use of it. God’s people have been but a spark of divinity,

but with this empowered discourse of truth the fire that flamed the bush, the

fire that pillared by night, the fire upon the altar now manifest within our lives

through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

The truths of God cannot be described in mere words. God is beyond the

mere definition of a word. God is present in the heart of every man that hears

His word. God promises a pure language to His people. This promise made

sure will reflect divinity in a human being. For every question there is this

immediate response - God is love and love is God. Similarly, truth is God.

There is nothing greater than truth. There is no divinity higher than truth.

Truth is all-pervading. Countries may be different; but, truth is one and only

one. When we accept the revelation of Jesus Christ, the Word, we should

always remind ourselves that he is the embodiment of truth, the embodiment

of love. In Christ we have infinite capacity for spiritual thoughts and spiritual

quest. Speaking the pure language converts every word into knowledge

shared. And consider the effect of pure language upon the mind. The

inseparable relationship between unity, purity, and divinity is forged through

a pure mind. We can come together in the spirit of sacrifice.

Pure language is a “truth first” message. It is non-judgmental. It is important

for us to be mindful of our thoughts, and we would also be wise to be

conscious and aware of the words that we speak, because words have

spiritual energy, and we know that words have power. Words reveal us. So,

we can be more aware of our own inner being and our outer influence upon

others. We must hear what we say. Our every word must be true of God

expressing something essential about the attributes and character of God.

When our thoughts are expressed in words, the thought becomes even more

powerful because the thought has also been released as an audible

vibration, which then creates a compound effect on our thoughts. We must

speak truth that declares righteousness. Let our words be patterned by

wisdom from above. A pure language will be spoken beginning with the

messaging of the second coming of Christ. God will re-establish a pure

language that exists already - it is the language God already speaks, it is the

life God already lives, it is the culture God's Kingdom already has, and has

had for eternity. We are being given this pureness of speech today. But not

only in the form of speech but also in the demonstration of character.

Let nothing corrupt proceed out of our mouth. It is by the word of God that we

are renewed both morally and spiritually. This language involves and

requires purity of faith and works. We not only speak language verbally and

openly, but we also speak it in our minds and our thoughts. May our minds

and our thoughts be spirited by the truths of God. When we are being born

again of the Holy Spirit, the beginning teaching of the pure language of God

begins. We are empowered by the Holy Spirit with God's language, with

God's way of life. We are already learning that pure language, we are

learning to think in that pure language. From here on there is to be a higher

unity than that of outward language, because speech is not the outer sound,

but the thoughts that it conveys and embodies. The pure language is words

of graciousness. The inward thought is the motivation of the words. The

outward confusion hinders oneness. There will not be confusion in that pure

language in this final generation. The unity restored by a pure language is a

oneness of heart and mind, produced by one Spirit, whose gift is the one

faith and the one hope of our calling, in the one Lord, in whom we are one,

grafted into the one body. The godly “remnant of Israel”, the true Israelites

who by grace have trusted Jesus Christ, will no longer practice “iniquity, nor

speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth.” The pure

language is the very course for all communication in eternity. But the

learning begins with our transformation. Though the day of the Lord has not

yet come, he has a people who are redeemed, regathered, and restored.

Only a redeemed people can sound the alarm. We trust that our judgments

have gone before God.

The prophecy of the turn to a pure language has been fulfilled since the

Pentecostal event. God opened salvation to those of any human language

He chose to call. The miracle of languages seen in the apostles

demonstrates that God can overcome any language barrier to enable His

chosen people to call on His name in any language of men, as long as there

is a new heart - a new spirit. God’s people speak from a new heart, not

carnal lips speaking Hebrew. With the receipt of the Holy Spirit, a cleansing

takes place and a new heart is given - a heart that will teach the lips to speak

in a way that reflects a new spiritual reality. The speech of one who is being

converted becomes pure by speaking truth. A great deal of spiritual

preparation takes place before this can be done. The culture of carnal man

passes away. Pure lips, and thus a pure heart, are required for this because

only when the heart is cleansed can it begin to recognize the truth of God

and thus speak what is truth. A cleansed heart is turned toward God. With

that change in focus and direction, a person's whole life begins to change,

and what comes out of his mouth will show that, regardless of what language

is his native tongue. Other people will think it strange that we do not continue

in sin with them, and they will speak evil of us. What now motivates us is

different from what motivates them, even though we are still using the same

human tongue. Our lives are a testimony either of God or of the world, no

matter what we profess verbally or what language we use.

In our heart is the seat and function of the reason. It includes everything that

we ascribe to the head and the brainpower of: perception, reason,

understanding, insight, thought, consciousness, memory, knowledge,

reflection, judgment, sense of direction, and discernment. The mind and the

heart include human affections and aspirations. The heart as the spring of all

desires must be guarded. God knows the heart of each of us. He knows we

need a "new heart," with His law "written on the heart." This God does that

our words sound His truth in the speech that is the pure language.

We study the bible to gain understanding of the word of God. It may be that

the King James version is the better language. It matches exactly what was

first written in the original autographs by the prophets. The pure language

God promises to restore is already being restored in His people. It already

exists because it is the words God already speaks, that He already lives; it

is the whole culture of God's Kingdom. May our thoughts and words be pure,

and our actions be works of faith, done in sincerity and truth! The truth is,

the word of God, of Christ is as sacred in one language as another, and there

is no scripture to the contrary!
